Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in and inbound leads, understand client requirements, and convert them into confirmed projects.
- Conduct client meetings to assess design needs, preferences, and budget.
- Present design offerings, services, and execution process confidently and clearly.
- Use excellent convincing and communication skills to guide client decisions.
- Prepare and manage quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Work closely with the design and execution teams for project alignment.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain lead records and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Skills & Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in interior sales or similar B2C domains.
- Excellent sales, communication, and convincing skills.
- Should be able to work in a target-based sales environment.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Presentable, client-focused, and professional in approach.
- Experience using CRM or lead management systems is preferred.
