Key Responsibilities

  • Handle walk-in and inbound leads, understand client requirements, and convert them into confirmed projects.
  • Conduct client meetings to assess design needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Present design offerings, services, and execution process confidently and clearly.
  • Use excellent convincing and communication skills to guide client decisions.
  • Prepare and manage quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
  • Work closely with the design and execution teams for project alignment.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain lead records and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Skills & Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in interior sales or similar B2C domains.
  • Excellent sales, communication, and convincing skills.
  • Should be able to work in a target-based sales environment.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Presentable, client-focused, and professional in approach.
  • Experience using CRM or lead management systems is preferred.
