Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and confident Sales Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience in B2C sales. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong convincing ability, and solid sales techniques to effectively engage with clients, understand their requirements, and convert leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming leads and convert them into active clients through structured follow- ups.
  • Conduct in-person or virtual meetings to understand client needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Confidently present company offerings, project capabilities, and the value proposition.
  • Apply strong sales techniques and negotiation strategies to close deals effectively.
  • Prepare and explain detailed quotations aligned with project scope and client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and update CRM tools regularly.
  • Collaborate with design and execution teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in B2C sales (interiors, real estate, modular furniture, or related sectors).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Strong sales techniques with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
  • Target-driven mindset and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Presentable, client-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Experience with CRM or sales tracking tools is a plus.
