We are clean-tech start-up focussed on water recycling with sewage treatment plants (STPs) and waste-to-energy projects with Bio-Methanation systems. Our founding team has spent decades developing revolutionary technology in water recycling – completely indigenous with huge competitive advantages over the systems available in the current market.
Within a short span of 7 year, we have executed/executing close to 500 projects with a total recycling capacity of over 50 million litres of water each day. We create significant impact in our society in terms of reducing water shortage issues, avoiding organic waste reaching the landfills and reducing carbon emissions.
The business is currently in growth phase and we are looking to develop a strong B2B Business Development team across the country – Mumbai, Chennai, Pune and Hyderabad
Leadership: This role calls for a candidate to have leadership qualities to head the B2B division
✓ Generate leads for B2B sales division of the company
✓ Scheduling appointments for BD head office team to pitch/present the service
✓ Preparation of proposals
✓ Cold-calling and email marketing
✓ Strategize the marketing of the company periodically based on events and calendar in a year
✓ Expert in story-telling and expression of ideas
✓ Coordinating with the marketing team for collaterals (if any needed)
✓ Developing attractive presentations and marketing material required for sales
✓ Technical presentation skill
✓ Coordinating with and updating the status to the HO team in Bangalore
✓ Innovation and strategy for new marketing channels
✓ Leadership role and team building capability to grow and guide the team in a particular region of the country.

✓ MBA/BBM from a Tier-1 or Tier 2 business schools
